connection to database 'zabbix' failed: [1045] Access denied for user 'zabbix'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

После обновления заббикса не работал заббикс-сервер.

проблему решил так.

mysql> grant all privileges on zabbix.* to 'zabbix'@'localhost' identified by 'set-password-here'; 

mysql>flush privileges; 

mysql> quit;

*Решение

Перезапустить службу World Wide Web Publishing Service в Services.
